Lemon honey chicken from Carrie

Lemon Honey Chicken

1 lemon
1 whole roasting chicken
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey

Pierce lemon with fork, place in chicken cavity, place in slow cooker. Combine OJ and honey, pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low 8 hours. Remove lemon and squeeze over chicken. Carve and serve.
