Crockpot Barbeque Ribs from Rachael

Crockpot Barbeque Ribs

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes, crumbled

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 cup chili sauce

1/4 green onions, chopped

4lb spareibs, cut into individual ribs

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs. Dip each rib into sauce or brush on both sides.

Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour remaining sauce over ribs in pot. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
