"Take That"! Pork Tacos, an idea from Carrie
We had pork ribs that had been cooked all day in the crockpot, then deboned, mixed with cumin, garlic and green chili... then I served that mixture on tortillas I made from scratch (so easy!! so yummy!!!) topped with cheese and sour cream. We had homemade guacamole with chips on the side.
