Firecracker Shrimp, by Kris

Firecracker shrimp:

-1 lb peeled, deveined uncooked shrimp
-2 TBSP olive oil
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp cumin
-2tsp fresh cracked black pepper
-1/2tsp fresh ground sea salt
-1tsp cayenne pepper
-1tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-juice of 1 lemon

Mix above together well and allow to marinate for about 1 hour. Thread onto bamboo skewers that have soaked in water for at least 1 hour. Cook over medium high grill until done (about 2 minutes per side).
