Chicken and red curry, an idea from Carrie

Tonight we are having chicken with red curry. It a bottled curry I bought from Trader Joe's. I haven't tried this kind yet so I hope it's good. I may spice it up a bit by adding some fresh cilantro and onion (and of course, chicken). I'll be serving it over basmatti rice.
