Cream cheese chicken from Julie

My VERY BESTEST crockpot recipe came from the BBC cooking board. Here it is:

2-4 chicken breasts (depending on how many you are feeding)
1 pkg cream cheese, cubed
1 pkt Italian dressing mix
Noodles or rice (My fave is the litle bowtie noodles. They're so cute!)

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Put chicken in. Mix italian dressing and 1/2 cup water. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 6. Remove chicken and shred. In broth, whisk in cream cheese until melted. Put chicken back and stir. Serve over noodles or rice.

Julie later added: I take my chicken out and whisk in the cream cheese. It's easier to mix that way. You can shred the chicken if you want (I always do) and then add it back to the mix. Tip: Soften the cheese in the microwave for a few seconds. Sooo much easier. As soon as it's all melted in, it's done. You can eat it right then.
