Heather Takes on Bobby, from Heather

Here's the rub.... No, literally, here's the rub that goes on the chicken, very slightly altered from the Bobby Flay cookbook from whence I lifted it:

This makes more than enough for an average package of 3 chicken breasts:
1 1/2 Tbsp smoked Spanish paprika (I've used Hungarian sweet and that's great too)
1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 Tbsp ground mustard
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper

Rub it on, drizzle with olive oil, grill. YUM!
