1 onion 1 green pepper 2 medium red potatoes 1 package (5 links) turkey apple sausage 1/2 can corn olive oil garlic salt apple cider Finely chop onion and pepper (I use a food processor). Dice the potatoes. Cook all of these in in a pan with some olive oil and garlic salt, medium heat, until somewhat tender. Add the corn, sausage (cut up), and about a cup of apple cider (I just poured some in). Let simmer for 20 minutes or so...until the potatoes are tender to your liking. | ||
