Aaute mushrooms with EVOO and garlic -
then added in chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Add 1 - 1 1/2 cups white wine - simmer for 5 minutes - add 1/4 cup Honey Dijon Mustard - or more if you like and 1 tbsp honey
Simmer until sauce is thickened.
Serve over angel hair pasta
